“Andrea is the only person outside of my immediate family I trust with my beautiful cat Misty.
Bayswater Cattery has always been a beautifully appointed space, but since the renovation it is next level! The common area has so many fun catwalks for the kitties to run around on and the private areas for the cats are generous but cosy. Most importantly, everything is immaculately clean and secure.
Andrea is very accommodating of Misty’s special diet, and always makes sure she has fresh water and litter. She is patient and kind while Misty re-adjusts to the Cattery each and every visit, giving her as much love and pets as Misty is ready to accept.
I can’t recommend Andrea and Bayswater Cattery enough.”

“We have been using Bayswater cattery now for a few years for our rescued cat - Tutu. Andrea’s genuine love of all cats is obvious, and we are completely comfortable with Tutu boarding and with in-home feeding as we use both services.
I really love that I am welcome into the cattery room and can settle Tutu into her space. Andrea is absolutely wonderful with Tutu and we are kept updated throughout her stay if there is anything Andrea might be concerned about. Would highly recommend Andrea and Bayswater Cattery.”
“We have been delighted with the care and interest Andrea has taken in our cats over the 10 years that we have used her services. She really is ‘the cat lady’. We have 2 cats and one loved boarding when we went away but the other was rather insecure in the presence of other cats, so we switched to home feeding.
Both cats love it! and it’s nice to know that the mail is brought inside when we are away and if the bins are left out for bin day, Andrea has brought them in.
She even kindly kept some plants alive in planters for me one hot summer without being asked. I highly recommend Andrea for a flexible and caring service - we sometimes get unsolicited cat updates on our phones whilst away which the children are always delighted with. Recently the insecure cat started on long term medicine just before we went away and Andrea was happy to follow the vets instructions to add the drops to the wet food daily and monitor her taking it. A fantastic service!! Thank you.”
